CONDITIONS

 The Lounge Bar cannot be shut off to a private party/event; this is always open to members, although most members do respect the fact that a party/event is taking place.

All alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks must be purchased from the Club.

The kitchen is available for use (no cooking). You must provide your own utensils, tea towels, and set up tables yourself. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and all rubbish removed.

It is the responsibility of the person booking to attend the event and ensure that a good standard of behaviour is applied at all times. This particularly applies to the supervision of children attending the function. We would expect there to be responsible adults supervising the children at all times.

When the function has finished the lounge, kitchen (if used), garden (if used) and BBQ (if used)

should be left clean and tidy and all rubbish and any decorations removed. In the case of the BBQ, all surfaces, hot plates and grills must be left clean.

If a bouncy castle has been hired; it must be removed by 19:00. The hirer must take out their own liability insurance and produce a copy to the bar staff at the time of the event. The hirer must ensure that the bouncy castle is supervised.

Anyone leaving there vehicle overnight in the car park must remove it the next morning before 10am

There is a NOISE LIMITER fitted that must always be used. It is on a traffic light system that will display 2 AMBER lights if the sound is too loud. If is not adjusted within 5 seconds, the lights will turn RED, and the power will cut off for a pre-set time.

 It is the room hirer’s responsibility to inform the entertainment that there is a noise limiter fitted which must always be used.

The entertainment will be asked to sign a declaration on arrival that they will use the Noise Limiter for all their equipment that is amplified.

If the Noise Limiter is being bypassed, a member of the management committee or the bar staff will stop the entertainment.

The Wingfield Club will NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any entertainment being stopped for not using the noise limiter and no refunds will be given
